Robert joined Neal & Co straight from school, so he knows how everything works and has the technical knowledge to back it up. Robert looks after a broad range of clients, specialising in helping owner managed businesses grow and thrive. Robert has two children and is keen on all sports, music and John Le Carre novels.

Ian Marsh FCCA - Director

Ian has wide experience in all sizes of business and he is the go-to person for corporation and personal tax planning, corporate structuring and groups. When not working, Ian spends time with his family and supports Wolverhampton Wanderers. He also cycles long distances, apparently for pleasure!

Nigel Kirkham ACCA - Director

Nigel looks after a wide range of clients and specialises in Inheritance tax planning and clients involved in the sports industry. He is keen to help business start-ups and plan their development. Out of the office, Nigel is a keen fan of West Bromwich Albion, enjoys ski-ing and has travelled widely around the world.

John Sherwood FCCA BA - Director

An import to the Black Country, John co-founded Neal & Co and has experience in all areas of accountancy and auditing. Now, working part time, he is still actively involved in auditing, and is a valuable consultant to all members of the Neal & Co team. John is interested in literature, Kidderminster Harriers, spending time in Cornwall, and never-ending DIY.

Sarah Packman - Tax Manager

Sarah joined Neal & Co from university. As our Tax Return and Company Secretarial expert, she is the person to talk to about any problems regarding personal tax, company formations and dealing with HMRC. At home, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and visiting friends back in her native Kent.

Jennifer Nichols - VAT and Bookkeeping Manager

Jenny takes care of VAT and bookkeeping for a wide range of clients, both at their premises and in the office. Her work ranges from creating original records through to online VAT return filing and payments. When not working, Jenny likes to get away from it all in her caravan.

Amy Cushley - Payroll Supervisor

Amy is our payroll guru, looking after a large portfolio of client payrolls, from calculating pay to running the whole PAYE system. She also assists in book-keeping and VAT returns. At home, Amy says that catering for the many needs of her family leaves little time for anything else!                   

Helen McCarthy - Administrator

Helen’s cheerful voice is the one you hear when you call Neal & Co, and she is a key person in our administration and office routines. She organises our billing system and collects the money! Helen’s interests centre on keeping fit, eating healthily and online shopping.

Kate Bond Dip PFS, Cert CII (MP) - Director

Kate has been dedicated to providing financial advice to Neal & Co clients since 2004, becoming a Director in 2007. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and takes part in outdoor pursuits including climbing, camping and scouting.
