Will she? Won’t she? No, not marry Prince Harry — that’s all settled. The big question now is whether Meghan Markle will give up her US citizenship, not least because of what it means for her relations with America’s much-feared Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
Last week’s announcement of the couple’s engagement included news that Markle plans to become a British citizen. What is not clear is whether she will also retain her American passport.
